1.1 Customer: means any individual who purchases services and products from Hoffz Interior.
1.2 Hoffz Interior: Hoffz Interior with its registered office in Baarlo (NL), Chamber of Commerce 66729130 (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Hoffz Interior provides this site as a service to its customers. The set of webpages, software, services and such connected to the domain name Hoffz Interior and the subdomains and all via the website of Hoffz Interior accessible services.
1.4 Product(s) : The interior items that Hoffz Interior sells and supplies.
1.5 General Terms and Conditions of sale: These terms and conditions (“T&C’s”).
1.6 Intellectual Property Rights means all patents, registered and unregistered designs, copyright, trademarks, know-how and all other forms of intellectual property wherever in the world enforceable.
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale detailed below apply to all offers and orders placed with Hoffz Interior. Hoffz Interior reserves the right to adapt or modify the T&C’s at any time. The version of the Terms and Conditions applicable to any transaction is the T&C’s published at the date of the order. Consequently, placing an order by a customer implies complete adherence, without reservation, to these terms and conditions.
3.1 When placing an order, the customer shall at first create a personal account by filling its personal data. A confirmation of the subscription is sent to the customer by email.
3.2 By creating the Personal Account, the customer ensures the accuracy and completeness of the data provided. Customer shall update its personal data. If an error occurs relating to the recipient address, Hoffz Interior shall not be held liable in case of any inability to deliver the products ordered.
3.4 In order to place an order, client must have attained majority and enjoy its full legal capacity to enter into contracts and possess a valid payment card issued by a bank acceptable to Hoffz Interior’s payment provider.
4.1 Every effort is made to ensure that the products you view online correspond as closely as possible to the final made to order pieces. However, due to the handmade nature of our products and the natural materials we use in their creation, slight variations can and do occur. No responsibility can be accepted for these variations, after all a hint of individuality only serves to make a bespoke piece that little bit more unique.
4.2 Hoffz Interior takes the greatest care in the presentation and description of the products in order to provide the customer with the best possible information. However, some non-substantial errors may appear on the Website, which the customer acknowledges and agrees to. These errors are no grounds for dissolution of the agreement.
Confirmation of the order by the customer implies the acceptance of all provisions of T&C’s. An email confirmation summarizing the order (products, prices, product availability, quantity etc.) will be sent to the customer by Hoffz Interior. For this purpose, the customer formally accepts the use of email for receiving confirmation of the contents of their order from the company Hoffz Interior In any event, the invoices are available in the ‘my account’ section.
6.1 The products offered for sale are those described and available on the Website, within the limit of available product stock. Information is updated in real time. Hoffz Interior cannot be liable in case of an order cancellation because of stock depletion.
6.2 We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
6.3 We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
6.4 Hoffz Interior cannot be held liable to the customer or a third party in case of the removal of a product from the Website, and in case of the replacement or modification of any content published on the Website.
7.1 Hoffz Interior reserves the right to refuse a request or order and to close a customer account at its sole discretion.
7.2 Despite the best efforts of Hoffz Interior to satisfy the customers’ expectations, Hoffz Interior may be obliged to cancel an order even after having send a confirmation by email. In such case, the order will be reimbursed.
7.3 Hoffz Interior reserves the right to limit the number of items ordered. If this is the case, this will be communicated to customer when confirming the order by email.
8.1 Price are mentioned in the Website in Euros. Prices includes V.A.T. but excluded any customs duties and other taxes. Certain countries outside the European Union may be subject to additional charges (duties, taxes) upon reception depending upon the legislation of their country. Such additional costs shall be directly paid by the Customer to the carrier.
8.2 In the event that an item lists an incorrect price, either due to typographical or other error, Hoffz Interior shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed for the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order is being or has been processed. If payment has already been made, Hoffz Interior shall credit customer’s account in the amount of the incorrect price.
8.3 The total purchase price due will be indicated when the order is placed and when the purchase/agreement is confirmed.
8.4 If you are in possession of a valid discount code, you can enter de code in the provided box on the order form. The discount applies to the Product(s) and not the delivery charge.
8.5 All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us.
10.1 Delivery prices applicable to the Order are those indicated on the Website at the time of the Order in the section “Delivery and returns”.
10.2 The delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer, being specified that it must be the address of the customer’s residence, an individual of their choice or a legal entity (delivery to their company).
10.3 Customer must make sure that they have provided accurate and complete information concerning the delivery address In case of inability to deliver the products at the address indicated by the customer, products will be returned to Hoffz Interior which will contact the customer to organize another delivery at customers costs. Hoffz Interior shall not be held liable in case of any inability to deliver the products ordered.
10.4 Orders are shipped within 12 business days at most for a delivery from the date after the confirmation of the order. Nevertheless, the period may be extended up to 10 working days, especially during peak seasons, considering the significant increase of the orders volume. Hoffz Interior cannot be liable for the late delivery caused by a case of force majeure.
11.1 The customer will be entitled to return the product that has been delivered, within a term of 14 days after the product has been received. Without stating his/her reason for doing so, in the manner indicated by Hoffz Interior on the website, provided that the product has not been used, is undamaged and (insofar as possible) is in the original and undamaged packaging.
11.2 The customer will not be permitted to exchange the product for another product. If the customer wishes to purchase another product customer will have to place a new order on the Website. In the case referred to in the preceding subsection, Hoffz Interior will refund the purchase price of the product as quickly as possible to the account used to purchase the order, but in any event within 14 days after Hoffz Interior received the returned product, this is without shipping cost.
11.3 Return of the product(s) is at the responsibility of the customer and is at their own risk. Shipping costs of returning items is fully borne by the customer. Any damage that occurs during the return shipment will be at the expense and responsibility of the customer.
After 14 days of receival, the sale is final.
11.4 Products that are purchased via our website cannot be returned or exchanged in our brandstore in Roermond (NL).
11.5 Sale items and items that require custom work, such as upholstered furniture and custom-made tables and cabinets, are excluded from the right of return.
12.1 If any Hoffz Interior products become damaged during transport or any visible defect of a product please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours after receiving the package.
12.2 All notifications shall mention the defect concerned including images. Failing that, the demand won’t be accepted and no return or exchange will be possible.
12.3 The Product shall be returned, with its original packaging, with the original labels, brand new, without having used it or washed it, and shall be returned to:

12.4 Visible defect confirmed by Hoffz Interior shall give rise, depending of the demand’s content and the nature of the defect, to exchange or repayment or a voucher.
13.1 Hoffz Interior shall not be liable for defects, delay or any other damage caused by circumstances which Hoffz Interior ought not to have expected, including acts of war, terrorism, pandemic, malicious damage, fire, blockades, mobilization, import and export restrictions, political unrest, strike, lockout, labour shortage or shortage of goods, unusual natural events etc.
13.2 Hoffz Interior makes no promises in respect of any harm that may be caused by the transmission of a computer virus, worm, time bomb, Trojan horses, cancelbots, logic bomb or any other form of programming routine designed to damage, destroy or otherwise impair a computer’s functionality or operation including transmission arising from your download of any content, software you use to download the content, the Website or the server that makes it available. In this respect the customer agree that it is its responsibility to install suitable anti-virus and security software on your computer hardware and other devices to protect against any such bugs, viruses or other such harmful programming routines. Subject to the first paragraph of this section, any content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Website is done at customer’s own risk and the customer will be solely responsible for any damage to its computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such content.

13.4 We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. 14.1 Gift cards may be used for in-store purchase only.
14.2 All gift cards are valid for two years after date of issue.
14.3 Gift cards can be redeemed against all purchases.
14.4 Gift cards can be loaded with any value from 10,00 Euros or more.
14.5 Gift cards are non-transferable and may not be returned or redeemed for cash.
14.6 If your order total is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance will be credited to your account and will be redeemed against subsequent orders.
14.7 All remaining balances exceeding the value of your gift credit or store credit must be paid by credit or debit card or cash.
14.8 If you return products you have purchased using a gift card, the refunded balance will be credited to your account as store credit and will be redeemable against subsequent orders.

All trademarks and intellectual property rights and designs of Hoffz Interior and her products always belong to Hoffz Interior and will always remain the property of Hoffz Interior. The customers use of this shall be subject to Hoffz Interior previous agreement in writing.
