Returns and Exchanges


We do hope  that you are satisfied with your Hoffz Interior purchase. But if that’s not the case, there is no problem.
We accept returns for all items with a full refund within 14 days of receipt.

We are happy to go through our return policy with you, in case your ordered items are not what you expected.


Return policy 

- You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your item(s). 
So when you receive your order, we recommend that you do not throw away the original packaging. If necessary, you can return an item in this packaging.

- Articles with signs of use, scratches or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

- Sale items cannot be returned.

- Please note that Hoffz Interior items ordered at one of our dealers cannot be returned to Hoffz Interior directly. 

- The shipping costs of returning items are entirely for the customer. Any damage caused during the return will be the responsibility of the customer. 

- We recommend sending the return with a track and trace code. Because if it gets lost on the way to our warehouse, we cannot take responsibility. 

- If you send a package with insufficient postage, we will deduct the extra costs from the amount to be paid for the return shipment.


Register your return using the returns form

Before returning a purchase, please send an email to support@hoffz.nl within 14 days after the delivery date. This is so that we know that the package is on its way. After 14 days returns are no longer accepted.

1.    Place the article in the original shipping box or another solid cardboard box.

2.    Fill in the return form completely and place it in the box. Close the box and seal it well with tape.

3.    Attach the provided return label to the box in a way that is clearly visible.

Receive refund

As soon as the return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. The amount will be refunded within 14 working days via the original payment method.


Exchange

Articles from your online order cannot be exchanged for another article. Items can only be returned for a refund. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend that you return the unwanted item and place a new order for the correct item or size.


Received damaged goods?

We advise our customers to check all items within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Received damaged goods? We hate it when that happens, our sincere apologies, we will provide an appropriate solution to resolve the issue.
Please send an email to support@hoffz.nl with the following information:

- A copy of the invoice or order number
- A clear picture of the damage
- A brief description of the damage (and how it happened if applicable)


Received the wrong article or a part of the order is missing?

Despite the fact that we pick and pack all orders with great care, it is possible that a wrong article has been delivered. 
First of all, our apologies for the inconvenience! We will of course find an appropriate solution to resolve the issue.
Please send an email to support@hoffz.nl with the following information:


- A copy of the invoice or order number
- A short, clear description of what was wrongly delivered or missing from the order.


Is something broken within the warranty period?

After receipt of the products, we give a warranty of 12 months on the quality of the product. If there is a problem with the product within this period, please send an email to support@hoffz.nl. We will contact you as soon as possible.


Do you want to cancel an order?

Once an order has been placed and payment has been made to www.hoffz.nl, there is no turning back, sorry! Once you have received the order, you can return it as described above.
