Order and shipping


PLACE YOUR ORDER

When you have selected your favourite Hoffz products and added them to your shopping cart, you will see a full overview. You can now choose to continue shopping, remove items or follow the next steps of the shopping process.

In this screen you will also see the overview of your order and the shipping costs that are applicable. 
 
After you have completed your order with your chosen products, the ordering and payment instructions will follow.

When placing an order, the following steps are taken:

- First, fill in your personal details (name, e-mail, telephone number, delivery address). 

- Finally, choose a desired payment method. You can choose from: iDeal, Bancontact or Credit card. 

- When we have received your payment, we start processing your purchase and you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Here you will find all the details of your order.

Payment method

The payments on our webshop are hosted by Mollie. This company has a wide range of reliable payment methods. Mollie is also a renowned partner in making online payments via web shops. These are the payment methods we make available:

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Waiting for your latest purchase seems to take forever but know that we do everything we can to make this process as smooth as possible.

When your order is complete, received and accepted, we will start to pick the items in our warehouse for you. 
We aim to ship within 1 to 3 business working days. Should this not be possible for any reason, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Orders placed during the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Public holidays and other peak moments can influence the above mentioned timelines. Therefore, please keep an eye on all updates via the track & trace code. Hoffz Interior is not responsible for any delay that can happen due to the above mentioned reasons at the carrier. Is it unclear why your package is delayed and you can't figure it out?

All orders are shipped with DHL and/or their international partners. All packages are provided with a Track & Trace number. You can track your order using your tracking number and the link in your shipping confirmation email. You can also find this tracking link in your account (if you have one) on our website. 

Not at home? Then the deliveryman will leave a note with further instructions on how to receive your parcel.
